Bug Description

On clean Ubuntu 13.10 install with enabled proposed updates Ctrl+Shift keyboard layout change hotkey does not work in in Unity greeter.

For other layout switching problems introduced in Ubuntu 13.10 you can see bug 1218322.

It does not work at all, not only in greeter. And I cannot change hotkeys in "Text Entry" configuration dialog.

See bug 1218322 for details about layout switching problems (do not forget to click on affect link).
Please report separate bug for Ctrl+Shift layout switching (you can use bug 1245272 as prototype) and post here its number.

I actually want (and tried) Alt+Shift, so I reported this as a new <a href="https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1245926">bug 1245926</a>.
