"Test Flash" button not working

Bug Description
When going into "System Settings > Universal Access > Hearing": Test_Flash_
And once I have turned on the feature, and press the Test Flash button, nothing happens. No flash. And I have tried it many times, but still nothing.

Nikita, next time you report a bug try to make a guess of what the package is, ever if you fail. You can use the Synaptic package manager for that.
