Bug Description

I have removed long ago bluetooth daemon fron upstart and from init.d - and only now I tried to click on Bluetooth in unity-control-center and it crashed.

It is 100% reproducible.

Better to hide the Bluetooth icon if no daemon is running, I think.

Reboot is pending for updates that were pushed after the 14.xx beta that is going on atm, this could be linked to that.
