apport hook spams every bug with unity-2d tag, even when not using unity-2d

Binary package hint: unity-2d

The unity-2d tag is automatically attached to every bug I report with apport-bug, even though I’m not using unity-2d, by /usr/share/apport/general-hooks/unity-2d.py:

def add_info(report):
    report['Tags'] = report.get('Tags', '') + ' unity-2d'

This doesn’t make sense now that the unity-2d package is always installed.
