system version：
test case：
1, open the start menu
2, open the peony
3, the right click on the desktop
4, open the control center
1、打开开始菜单
2、打开文件管理器
3、桌面点击右键
4、打开控制面板
actual result：There are many traditional support incomplete in the system, which is displayed in Simplified Chinese or English. See the attached screenshot for details.

expected result：Traditional support is completely
