Bug Description

Binary package hint: udisks

I have an external usb2 sata2 hard drive. I amtrying to backup my data from my system, but during the copy it automatically get unmounted. I tried the backup with ext3/ext4/ntfs/fat32 fs and all results the same.

This happens to me when I use rsync to move files from my laptop to my external hard drive. I found that I can workaround the problem by leaving the folder window view for the external HD open while rsync is running. This way, the drive isn't automatically unmounted.
