write to disc dialog shows "No disc available", re-insert allows successful burn but still shows "No disc available"

Bug Description
Binary package hint: nautilus
This happens in Lucid.
To reproduce:
1. Insert a blank cd.
2. right-click on an ISO image in Nautilus. Choose "Write to Disc".
3. Notice that "No disc available" is displayed and there is no burn option.
4. Eject and re-insert the blank cd.
5. Notice that "Blank cd (7 MB free)" shows for a second in the dialog.
6. Notice the "No disc available" text is shown again, but Burn buttons are enabled.

7. Click burn to get a successfully burned cd.
