Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
Requirements: An Ubuntu 12.04 computer with more than one user account and some USB removable storage media (or a DVD).
What happens:
1) Shutdown computer: "sudo halt -p"
2) Insert some USB removable media and/or a DVD
3) Turn on the machine and wait for graphical login screen
4) Log in as user1.
5) Observe that all media is available on the Unity bar and in the Sidebar of Nautilus.
6) Log off user1.
7) Log in as user2.
8) Observe that *none* of the attached media is available in either the Unity bar or Nautilus sidebar.
What should happen:
8) User2 should also see attached media, *particularly* in the case that user1 has ended their session.
The result of this behaviour is that the first user to login gets exclusive access to all peripheral storage devices. No other user can access them, even if the first user to log on his ended their session.
