Bug Description
When an External USB stick or SD card is plugged in the following error appears:
Unable to mount 16 GB File system
Not Authorized: GDBus.Error:
Moreover, this particular USD device is a live USB stick for Ubuntu 12.04 64-bit flavor. Even though other USB stick or SD card of msdos type or FAT type also doesn't mount.

Just now found out that even optical disks are not mounted either automatically or manually as same for the USB disks.
