brightness keys don't work on Samsung N140 (same hardware as Samsung NC10)

it would be very useful to be able to adjust brightness by using the function keys on N140 by default
the N140 is the successor to the widely spread Samsung NC10 which is supposed to have pretty much the same hardware
at least it has the same problem with the brightness keys although it's been out on the market for almost 2 years would be great if you could fix that thanks

The problem is that atkbd.c incorrectly handles releasing the button Fn.
