Got the same crash a number of times since, including today, on 2 different machines.

I got the same error, but with another character:
ubuntuone-control-panel-qt crashed with UnicodeDecodeError in join(): 'ascii' codec can't decode byte 0xc3 in position 11: ordinal not in range(128)

Got it again on a machine that didn't do that, after recent updates...
