Fix spelling/grammar errors in DBus introspection data

Bug Description

At the moment there are such strings as:
- Notify the new public access state of a file.
- Request the list of public files to the server The result will be send in a PublicFilesList signal

These and other strings need to be fixed since they are facing human developers.
