I disabled file syncing by pressing 'Disconnect' in the U1 control panel. A while later, I was going to reboot the computer for kernel upgrades, and the following dialog came up - that said a file sync was in progress.

Set to confirmed since I have experienced this a few times. In case the queues are not empty syncdaemon still causes the session to confirm logging out even though it does not transfer anything since it is disconnected.
