Bug Description

Opened Settings >> Ubuntu One in Unity and got an error message saying "IPC Error" File synchronization does not work.

Checked control panel /.config/ubuntuone/syncdaemon.config

Added 'files_sync_enabled = True' under [__main__], but control panel does not work despite changing the setting.
