Bug Description

We have a wealth of beautiful Free wallpapers created by the Ubuntu community, but no easy way to get them into Ubuntu.

The ubuntu-wallpapers-extra package should comprise all of the past winners of the wallpaper contest, and a slideshow cycling among them (and the latest winners).
