Bug Description

See attached photo taken with my phone camera illustrating the issue. Basically, the login screen password text and cursor are not vertically centered.

reassigning to unity8 which has the greeter code but it could be a toolkit issue

Since this is on xenial, this sounds like bug 1531293. I will mark as dup.
