Option Selector top left/right curved corners move when expanding/collapsing

Bug Description
This is a small visual artifact:
1. Open UITK Gallery
2. Navigate to "Option Selector" page
3. Carefully watch the top left/right corners of the Option Selector as you expand/collapse it
I see the curved corners move as the list expands/collapses, which I find a little peculiar.
