Bug Description
Binary package hint: grub2
The binary grub-pc installs /etc/grub.
It looks for /usr/share/
So grub shouldn't be looking for that theme, but we also need to provide a theme ourselves.

This seems to be related to bug #391774
Colin Bennets gfxmenu (http:// grub.gibibit. com/) has been now merged into upstreams' experimental branch and is now avaible in my PPA: /launchpad. net/~fzielcke/ +archive/ grub-ppa/

If anyone feels like working on an official Ubuntu theme, or talk with Colin Bennet, he already made 2 Ubuntu themes as you can see on his site above.
But I don't know when this will be merged into trunk, so maybe it won't be ready for lucid.
