System settings navigation buttons have incorrect borders

Bug Description
when in front of the systemsettings window:
there are navigationbuttons on the top of the window's Form, like : 'allsettings' - 'screens'.
but the shadoweffect of the right button isnt positioned all the wat to its begin of the button, its like 2 pixels further to the right. even when you hold the mousebutton, there would be an orange rectangle around the button, even this is wrong positioned.
