click update hang if the clock is in the past

Bug Description
Using rc-proposed 59 on a bq
- set the device clock a day or an a hour in the past, from system settings
- go to update
- try to update a click, the download bar displays but never moves from 0%
restoring the clock at the present time let updates install as they should
