Bug Description
Krilling, 15.04
LOGS: https:/
ACTUAL OUTCOME: While I was trying to download Telegram from store it seems there was a hash error (looking at the logs) but the UI actually went up to 50% (or more) and then got stuck to 0% (maybe because installation couldn't happen because of the hash error?) without giving me any way to retry the download...I had to reboot the phone
EXPECTED OUTCOME: the user is warned about the hash error and is given a way to retry downloading the package
Reproducibility: I could only reproduce it once
