Bug Description

One Test case:
On a laptop with unmodified settings
Open Settings > Devices > Mouse & Touchpad
In Touchpad > Tap to click is shown as OFF yet ubuntu-settings has set it to ON (the ubuntu default

There will be other instances of same..
