I was looking at a crash report in the Ubuntu Error Tracker, https:/
1) Open a terminal
2) Run do-release-upgrade --frontend DistUpgradeViewGtk3 -d
3) Authenticate
4) Observe the Release Notes dialog
5) close the terminal
6) Click Upgrade
