Bug Description
TEST CASE:
1. On a fresh saucy amd64 environment, enable multiarch
2. Install the following packages:
$ apt-get install gstreamer0.
3. Upgrade
ACTUAL RESULT:
Upgrade fails with:
dpkg: error processing archive /var/cache/
libpostproc52:

When doing a system upgrade from 13.10 to 14.04 the message:
Could not install '/var/cache/
The upgrade will continue but the '/var/cache/
package may not be in a working state. Please consider submiting a bug report about it.
