Canonical Partners sections in the Ubuntu Software Center and the Muon
Software Center are empty.
[Test Case]
* Install app-install-
* Open Ubuntu Software Center
* In the software drop-down list, select Canonical Partners
[Regression Potential]
* The package hasn't been updated for Precise or Trusty, so any change would
be positive.
