Bug Description
[ Impact ]
The Back/Forward buttons in Yelp exhibit some artefacts when navigating MATE Help.
[ Test Case]
Using Ambiant-MATE or Radiant-MATE open MATE Desktop Help via System -> Help. Click Next (in the help text) twice, you should be looking at Mouse Skills. Hover the mouse over the Back icon in the toolbar, some small squares will appear over the icon. Click the Back icon in the toolbar and hover over the Back and Next icons in the toolbar, the small squares may be erroneously rendered on the Back/Next icons.
After installing the updated ubuntu-mate-artwork package these artefacts will never be rendered over the Back/Next icons in the toolbar.
