Bug Description
When in desktop mode it's difficult to enter emojis when typing.
I propose that when you right-click in a text field an additional field in the menu pop ups, where you can choose an emoticon either from a big list or categorized in sub menus.

Adding ubuntu-keyboard as a potential input helper for hardware keyboard.
