Bug Description
1. In the Browser app, tap in the address field.
2. Type “example.” with a period (full stop) at the end.
3. Realize that the rest of the address could be typed more quickly with the “.com” key.
4. Tap “.com”.
What you get: “example..com”
What you should get: “example.com”
It may save time to fix bug 1473590 at the same time as this bug.
Problem occurs with: Ubuntu 15.04 (r248)
Does not occur with: iOS (any version)
