"Add more keyboard layouts" is not a bug, and even if it was, many keyboard layouts have been added since this bug was reported.

Dvorak would be useful without Colemak, and vice versa, so there’s no need to bundle them together. Dvorak is bug 1312236, so let’s narrow this bug report just to Colemak.
