description |
Ubuntu 16.04 will be useless for "normal" people if they can't find every software package as they did before.
To force users to use gnome-software will be a regression !
Exemples :
In old Software Center, you could add add gimp plug-ins by going in gimp description and check the plug-ins you wanted !
In old Software Center, you could install an other version of linux kernel by typing "linux" then click at bottom left to show the packages.
Now, they have to use apt-get or install synaptic !
