Bug Description
Binary package hint: ubuntu-dev-tools
When being asked to explain why the Ubuntu delta can get dropped, it would be nice to have the changelog from the last Ubuntu version in the file, ready for editing / reading.
Or just include it in the "Changelog entries since current lucid version" and say "Changelog entries including current lucid version".

Without looking at the details yet, it looks to be easily solvable: ubuntu. com.
The changelog can be fetched from changelogs.
Option A) would need a slight modification as it has to include all Ubuntu changelogs since last sync or merge (as the last changelog entry doesn't have to be the only one and could only cover some of the Ubuntu delta (or even be just a rebuild)).
Option B) would need the same modification.
I'm currently more in favour of option A) but have to think about it a little more.
