Binary package hint: ubuntu-dev-tools

When downloading a package not in main (example package sabnzbdplus is in contrib). See:

This bug was fixed in revision 401 (http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-dev/ubuntu-dev-tools/trunk/revision/401), and it will be marked as Fix Released once ubuntu-dev-tools 0.74 is uploaded to Karmic
