Bug Description
Uninstalling an app doesn't teminate that app. Is this a designed change? Discovered while testing a unity-scope-click change but found in the image proper.
TEST CASE
1. Open store, install app (e.g. Terminal, Podbird), app installs
2. Open app from scope view, app opens
3. Return to scope view
4. Uninstall app
5. Open spread
EXPECTED
App disappeared
ACTUAL

Thought that Click was handling this, but if not, we can add it to the UAL desktop hook pretty easily.
