tryied many times to run an installation but everytime it fails in differents steps.

Looking at Ubiquity syslog you can see various errors occurred during various attempt

Are these crashes happening using real hardware or when installing in a virtual machine? If in a virtual machine, which one?

This issue is triggered by clicking the checkbox for "Preparing to install Xubuntu", "Install this third-party software".
