Bug Description
Binary package hint: ubiquity
Summary:
oem-config does not set user prefers language if a user is a foreigner in the country he selected in timezone select stage.
All local will be set by the country of a city user selected in timezone-setting step again, it will replace LANGUAGE/LANG variable, it should only change LC_MONETARY in ubiquity-
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install system.
2. In language select stage, select Simplified Chinese to install.
3. OOBE language is changed to Simplified Chinese.
4. In timezoone select stage , select Taiwan Time(Official language is Traditional Chinese)
5. Installation completed and reboot to system.
Expected result:
System's language is Simplified Chinese.
Actual result:
System's language is Traditional Chinese.
