[Hardy] On first run after wubi install, minimized install dialog is inaccessible.

On the first boot after installing with wubi, the background image loads as well as a dialog with a progress bar indicating that the installation procedures are running.
On this window are two buttons: minimize, and close. If minimize is pressed, the window disappears with no evident way to access it again, because the only thing displayed at all is the background image. The close button also seems as though it should not be present, as this window should not be closed.
