OS: Kubuntu 23.10 "Mantic Minotaur" - Daily amd64 (20230901)
ubiquity Version: 23.10.1

incorrect language (dutch) with default folders (xdg-user-dirs-update) with installation
even with dutch language packs installed prior to installation.
