Bug Description
I am installing Ubuntu 20.04 LTS from USB. I got the ISO from https:/
During the GUI installation (copying files etc) the time in the detailed log is one hour behing the time displayed at the top.
I would expect the two times to be synchronized, otherwise it looks like the installation is hanging.
I set the time zone to Berlin and connected to the internet via WIFI.

Thank you for your bug report, I'm setting the report as low since it's not having an user visible impact. Unsure if that's even a bug, having the log timestamps going backward during the installation if a timezone is selected could be confusing and more difficult to understand than having linear events and that for no real benefits
