Bug Description

Some buttons don't display properly during install with Japanese setting on VMware.

This is not a regression, but this happens at ubuntu 20.04 offical.

1. create a new machine on VMWARE.
2. assign ubuntu-20.04-desktop-amd64.iso to CD/DVD
3. boot the machine.
4. choose 日本語 (=japanese) at the bottom of the list.
5. once choose "日本語", "日本語" will not display. (This is one of the issues.)
6. choose "Ubuntu をインストール" (=Install Ubuntu)
7. "続ける" (=Continue) button is not fully displayed at "Keyboard layout" Page, it is clipped by the right screen edge. (This is one of the issues)
8. choose "続ける"
9. "続ける" (=Continue) button is not fully displayed at "Updates and other software" Page.
10. choose "続ける"
11. "インストール" (=Install Now) button is not fully displayed at "Installation type" Page.
12. choose "インストール"
13. "続ける" (=Continue) button is not fully displayed at "where are you?" Page.
