Bug Description

I was attemping to install Lubuntu on a flash drive on a computer that has Windows XP. The installer crashed after about 75% of the process had been completed: a process that had already taken several hours.

I was trying to install the latest long term support distribution from a DVD.

Thank you for taking the time to submit this bug report. Ubiquity is now unmaintained, and is replaced by either the Ubuntu Desktop Inser or Calamares starting with Ubuntu 24.04 LTS.
