Bug Description
The title pretty much sums it up. When installing xubuntu oem, I unchecked the box "Download updates while installing Xubuntu" and checked the box "Install third-party software". When I clicked continue, I get a message saying that ubi-partman crashed (see attached). If it is not allowed to have this checkbox combination, then there should be an error saying so.
Furthermore, the ubi-partman crash didn't seem to have any affect on the install. The install completed fine, even though updates WERE downloaded an installed (see #1848552).
