"_Skip" button label translation not correctly applied

Bug Description
The "Skip" string is showing as untranslated in non-English Ubuntu installation. This is because "Skip" is in the translation template, but "_Skip" is not. (See comment #7.)
edit: I have re-opened this ticket. The "_Skip" button is now translatable, however the translation is still not correctly applied, see comment #17.
