Reinstall after intall installation using LVM that also failed

Bug Description

Initial install with LVM failed so tried to reinstall without lvm that failed this is on a single ATAPI 500GB drive

It looks like Ubiquity goes off the rails somewhere and is trying to mount the LVM physical volume as the target filesystem, which of course fails.
