whilst installing on hp laptop crashes on Configuring time zone

Bug Description
This probably is not new but it keeps happening whenever on the installation screen to the beginning point of configuring time zone, then it crashes. This is on my HP laptop and get the same results on my 64bit AMD with Nvidia graphic card big gaming desktop PC. This is on the updated ISO image 4/6/16 at 05:29 early this morning.
