Bug Description

First problem while the time and timezone page was displayed:

ubi-console-setup failed with exit code 141. Further information may be found in /var/log/syslog. Do you want to try running this step again before continuing? If you don't, your installation may fail entierely or may be broken.
Retry Ignore Close
Chosing Retry: same error displayed again
Choosing Ignore: installation continues for some time

Second problem while copying files (copying keyboard: 15%)

The daily build you mentioned installs OK, but it is Ubuntu, not Kubuntu.

The problem still exists with today's daily build of Kubuntu, I further noticed it happens if I try to install in French, but the installation in English is OK, so it looks like some localized files could be missing.

I just noticed this bug is a duplicate of bug 1182784 which was reported months ago, but unfortunately not fixed yet.

Any chance this bug gets fixed before the final kubuntu 13.10 is released?
