The attached patch enables translation, but translates the button like "Forward" would be translated, not "Install". However, the "Install" is available in debian-installer's translations, I was just not able to figure out how to actually fetch it in

This is a known problem, but I don't think I'll fix it for Feisty. While "Install" is available for translation, it's as the window title rather than as a verb; it seems entirely plausible to me that these might be translated differently in many languages, which makes it not an entirely trivial fix.

Indeed "Install" as a window title might be translated by some like eg. "Installation" is translated, so indeed an own string is needed for the Install button. If this is going to be fixed for gutsy, please add comments to translators so that they know the context. Normally identical strings are translated the same, so I don't know if some special trick is needed or eg. the current window title to be changed to "Installation" or something else.

Hi. It's
It's been translated after gutsy, so it's not in the gutsy installer. Regarding hardy, translation imports from Rosetta have not probably been done.

I'd guess this should nowadays be fixed in Baltix, too... if not, update the translations from Rosetta.
