Bug Description

In twinkle, if you select the "manual" entry in the "help" menu, the browser opens the page twinklephone.com, which obviously is not (or no longer) under control of the twinkle developers. The page displays "Reviews for the Best Rated P4 Extenders" etc., not suitable for minors, and many other people do not want to get there either, I guess.

As a fix, that menu entry should be removed.

This was fixed upstream by linking to a copy on archive.org instead. Until a future 1.10.3 release comes along, maybe Ubuntu might want to backport this patch?

(The second commit merely switched from http to https.)

Upstream made a 1.10.3 release with only this fix. Once this gets in Debian it'll be worth syncing it as an SRU.
