too many fonts (in NL localisation)

Bug Description
When I install in the dutch language (nl_nl), I get loads of fonts which I
presume almost nobody in Holland ever uses. I have Bengali, Kammada (?),
Devangari, Gujarali etc. I don't know if it occurs when I use an
english-language installation, but in nl_nl it does.
