  * QA upload.
  * Maintainer field set to QA Group.
  * Drop Uploaders field.
  * Export dpkg buildflags to fix multiple debug-file-with-no-debug-symbols
    and hardening-no-relro lintian warnings.
  * Bump Standards-Version to 3.9.5.
