I don't think it can be reproduced every time. It just happened to me and the best description of it is something like:

1. Add a new torrent file from a website (chromium browser)
2. The add torrent window in transmission appears
3. I was able to move the window around, but its contents were not behaving (i.e. could not click on any button or resize the fields width)

This bug report already includes a stacktrace that even without the debugging symbols, can give some clue to the function names called when the problem occur. Do you need anything else, and in that case, what are the steps anyone experiencing this bug needs to follow in order to get that information?

this bug happened to me while trying to add 2 torrents after each other directly from firefox.
it seems reproducible, just add 2 torrents after each other without doing anything on the Torrent options windows that popup.

I am running 13.04 beta2

oh and magnet links seems unaffected for me, it's just .torrent files that does this.
